The purpose of this action:

This action aims to help companies to follow the new technologies with the aim of increasing the productivity and competitiveness of Greek enterprises.

Who is it for the program :

The existing micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.

Depending on the existing digital and technological maturity of each company that will be able to join in one of the following actions

  • Action 1 – Key Digital Transformation of Smes: in terms of companies, which have not yet incorporate important information and telecommunication technologies (ICT) in the operation and aim to cover the basic deficiencies in applications and equipment.
  • Action 2 – Advanced Digital Transformation of Smes: terms of business which aim to broaden the digital and technological maturity with total investment in new ICT that will upgrade competitiveness.
  • Action 3 – Digital Transformation Peak Media: in terms of companies that have integrated already ICT in many functions and are now seeking to implement integrated investments in cutting-edge technologies or solutions 4th industrial revolution.

Conditions of membership :

The criteria επιλεξιμόμητας indicative is the following:

  1. To submit a single application for funding per TIN.
  2. To be active in the Greek territory and to make an investment exclusively in one Category of Region (with the same intensity).
  3. To comply with Απλογραφικά or Διπλογραφικά books and have at least one (1) full closed administrative use.
  4. To be active in the eligible SMR of the investment plan for at least one (1) year.
  5. The investment plan is exclusively for eligible activities.
  6. Have at least five (5) SRM dependent work full-time or part-time employment in the calendar year preceding the submission of the application for funding.
  7. To operate legally with the appropriate, in accordance with applicable law, a license to operate.
  8. To operate exclusively as a business corporate/commercial.
  9. Are not subject to bankruptcy, liquidation or receivership.
  10. To not have completed the physical object of the investment or may not have been fully implemented before the application for financing.
  11. To meet the conditions for the application of Even. EU 1407/2013 (De Minimis). The total amount of de minimis aid (De Minimis) it has received in the past, the single undertaking, including the strengthening of this Action, shall not exceed the amount of a €200,000 (or €100,000 for the field of road freight transport for hire or reward) within a period of three years (current year and for the two (2) previous years) before the time of the grant of the legal right of the aid.

What is subsidizing the program?

The subsidy is alternated depending on the action to which the company belongs. More specifically :

Basic expenses covered

  1. Equipment costs with indicative costs: Supply of digital office equipment, upgrade, internal networks, data transfer, interaction with employees, customers or suppliers, etc.

  2. Expenditure Software with indicative costs: Supply of basic applications for the management of corporate resources & processes (e.g. ERP, WMS, KPIs, ΕDI, ΒΜPS, etc), image processing, 3D modeling and CAD, digital security, customer management and supply chain management, optimization of production, etc.

  3. Costs for the Provision of Services associated with the digital upgrade with indicative costs: Consulting support for the monitoring of the implementation of the investment project, technical support for the implementation of the investment project, installation or customization of the applications that are included in the application for funding.

Basic categories of expenditure

  1. Equipment with indicative costs: Procurement of sophisticated systems for operation of facilities or personnel, production automation with robotic systems, CNC machines, 3D printers, 3D scanners, upgrade, internal networks, data transfer, supply of advanced technological systems and mechanical equipment for the production of systems and equipment Industry 4.0., systems and safety equipment (e.x. surveillance, cyber-protection, etc.), systems automation, robotic systems, digital sensors and controllers, digital controlled machinery and equipment, advanced digital production systems, etc.

  2. Applications/ softwares, with indicative costs: Supply of modern applications for the management of corporate resources & processes (e.g. ERP, WMS, ΕDI, ΒΜPS, etc), image processing, 3D modeling and CAD, IoT, Big data analysis, high-volume digital security, customer management and supply chain, gear, artificial intelligence, optimization of production, upgrading of services, digital control installations, etc.

  3. Services associated with the digital upgrade with indicative costs: Technical support for the configuration and integration of new systems in the operation of Smes, certification systems, etc.

Basic categories of expenditure

  1. Equipment, with indicative costs: Digitally controlled/mechanical equipment, sophisticated systems for remote operation of facilities, automation of the various stages of the value chain (production – transportation – storage) with robotic systems, upgrade of internal networks, data transfer, digital technological systems: interaction with employees, customers or suppliers, Industry 4.0, digital controlled systems, mechanical equipment, cutting-edge production systems Industry 4.0., autonomous machines, robotic systems, augmented reality, mechanical equipment, cutting-edge production systems, cutting-edge security areas, etc.

  2. Applications/Software, with indicative costs: Supply applications increased intelligence administrative and economic planning, digital security, customer management and supply chain, data analysis with the tools of artificial intelligence, optimization of production, upgrading of services, blockchain, etc.

  3. Services associated with the digital upgrade, with indicative costs: Consulting and technical support for the configuration and integration of new systems in the operation of Smes, certification systems, etc.
