Anna Maria Τζαφέρου is Environmental Engineer at the department of studies and permits of the company ΙΩΝΙΚΗ Environment, a graduate of the department of Environmental Engineering, Democritus University of Thrace.
Her main responsibility is the preparation of environmental studies. Before any industrial expansion, modernization, or improvement of production processes, the environmental footprint is thoroughly assessed, and the environmental study is conducted.
She has significant expertise in designing biological treatment facilities for both urban and industrial wastewater. These treatment systems are designed with a focus on high performance and low operational cost.
She specializes in hydraulic engineering through postgraduate training and has experience in hydraulic and hydrological studies, which are integral parts of basic design.
As a result, Anna – Maria Tzaferou specializes in hydraulic calculations for the delineation of medium and large streams. Additionally, she has extensive experience in conducting hydrological studies required for project permits related to well drilling operations.
