Overview

The construction of photovoltaic systems includes the supply and installation of the systems.

The refund policy and refunds lasts 30 days. If it's been 30 days of your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Must be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we need an invoice or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some cases where it is granted, only a few refunds:

  • Any object that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
  • Any object that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once it has received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will provide notice of approval or of refusal of return your money.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain period of days.

Delayed or non-refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check again your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time until it has been formally published the refund.

Then, contact your bank. There is often someone in processing time before the publication of a refund.

Types of sales

Refunds will be permitted only to products in normal price. Discount products cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it with the same item, send us an email at and send your product to our address.

Shipping & Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take to get the product exchanged may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a shipping service with tracking ability, or to purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
