Ο Αθανάσιος Καραμπάσης είναι επιβλέπων Πολιτικός Μηχανικός στο τμήμα κατασκευών της ΙΩΝΙΚΗ Constructions. Διαθέτοντας την απαραίτητη τεχνογνωσία στον κλάδο των κατασκευών, έχει αναπτύξει σημαντικές δεξιότητες στη διαχείριση και την υλοποίηση τεχνικών έργων, έργων ανακαινίσεων και έργων υποδομών.
Ως επιβλέπων μηχανικός, διασφαλίζει την ομαλή εκτέλεση και επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση των έργων, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τόσο τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές όσο και τις ανάγκες των πελατών. Συνεργάζεται στενά με τον project manager, άλλους μηχανικούς, εργολάβους και τεχνικό προσωπικό και συντονίζει το εργοτάξιο και τα συνεργεία, διασφαλίζοντας ότι κάθε έργο εκτελείται εντός χρονοδιαγράμματος και προϋπολογισμού σύμφωνα με τις προκαθορισμένες τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και τους κανόνες υγιεινής & ασφάλειας.
Το πεδίο δραστηριοτήτων του επεκτείνεται στην κοστολόγηση και στη σύνταξη προϋπολογισμού των έργων, στη διαχείριση των προμηθειών και στη σύνταξη πιστοποιήσεων και αναφορών προόδου εργασιών για κάθε έργο.
Με δέσμευση στην ποιότητα, τη λειτουργικότητα και την ασφάλεια, αποτελεί βασικό μέλος της ομάδας της ΙΩΝΙΚΗ Constructions, συμβάλλοντας στην ενίσχυση της αποδοτικότητας και στην ανάπτυξη της εταιρείας στον τομέα των κατασκευών.

O Παναγιώτης Χαραλαμπάκης είναι ο Υπεύθυνος Μάρκετινγκ και Επικοινωνίας του ομίλου ΙΩΝΙΚΗ, απόφοιτος του τμήματος Ηλεκτρολόγων Μηχανικών και Μηχανικών Υπολογιστών της Πολυτεχνικής Σχολής του Δημοκριτείου Πανεπιστημίου Θράκης. Yποστηρίζει όλες τις ενέργειες που άπτονται της ανάπτυξης των επωνυμιών και των προωθητικών ενεργειών όλων των εταιρειών του ομίλου.
