On 15/02/2023 the package of actions "Digital Transformation of SMEs" was announced, with a budget of €300,000,000. The goal of the program is the adoption and integration of modern digital technologies in their production activity. Submissions will begin on 02/23/2023.

The Package is divided into three Actions:

Action 1 – Key Digital Transformation Of Smes: in terms of companies, which have not yet incorporate important information and telecommunication technologies (ICT) in their operation and aim to cover the basic deficiencies in applications and equipment.

Aid intensity: 50% to 60%

Business budget plans 18,000€ to 30.000€.

Eligible Costs:

  • Digital office equipment:e.x. Computers, Multifunction
  • Infrastructure of internet connection:e.x. Wiring indoor network connection UFBB/SFBB
  • Apps/Software:e.x. Microsoft Office, Firewalls, ERP, Customer Management – CRM, Cloud, Warehouse Management – WMS, Digital Invoicing Transactions, CCTV
  • Websites/E-shops
  • Provision of Services for digital upgrade:e.x. Technical consultant, Scholar

Action 2 – Advanced Digital Transformation Of Smes: terms of business which aim to broaden the digital and technological maturity with total investment in new ICT will improve their competitiveness.

Rate of aid: from 10% to 50%

Business budget plans from 50.0000€ to 650.0000€.

  • Apps/Software:e.x. Microsoft Office, Firewalls, ERP, Customer Management – CRM, Cloud, Warehouse Management – WMS, Digital Invoicing Transactions, B2B/B2C

  • Systems of automation of production:e.x. PLC, Digital drive systems, CCTV, Centrally controlled heating/air conditioning systems/lighting, Fail-Safe systems
  • Technological Equipment Is Cutting-Edge:e.x. 3D printers, Robotic systems/equipment, CNC, Digital controlled vehicles and traction without a guide (clark)
  • Applications Of Data Analysis:e.x. Big Data, Business Intelligence
  • Provision of Services for digital upgrade:e.x. Technical consultant, Scholar

Action 3 – Digital Transformation Peak Media: in terms of companies that have integrated already ICT in many functions and are now seeking to implement integrated investments in cutting-edge technologies or solutions 4th industrial revolution.

Aid rate: from 25% to 60%

Business budget plans from 200.001€ to 1.200.000€.

Eligible Costs:

  • Systems of automation of production: e.x. PLC, Digital drive systems, CCTV, Centrally controlled heating/air conditioning systems/lighting, Fail-Safe systems
  • Technological Equipment Is Cutting-Edge:e.x. 3D printers, Robotic systems/equipment, CNC, Digital controlled vehicles and traction without a guide (clark), Digital controlled machinery and production systems
  • Apps/Software:e.x. ERP, KPIs, SCADA, CRM, WMS, Digital Invoicing Transactions, B2B/B2C, Apps control system heating/cooling
  • Applications Of Data Analysis:e.x. Business Intelligence, Digital Twin, Blockchain
  • Provision of Services for digital upgrade:e.x. Technical consultant, Scholar
